At Tiffany’s House Cleaning, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment so we can address your concerns.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please let us know within 24 hours. We will review your concerns and, if appropriate, offer a re-clean or a partial/full refund.
